We are searching for our office in Berlin for a:

Salesforce Administrator (m/f/divers)


  • Work with various business units of the Global Rakuten group to gather requirements and implement configuration changes
  • Salesforce system administration and configuration for the various business units
  • Develop and maintain training materials and provide user support
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes
  • Develop and update dashboards and reports
  • Maintenance of automation and data integrity
  • Deploy and test of new platform features


  • BA or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration and/or equivalent formal training or experience
  • 3+ years’ experience performing administration
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Able to gather, document and execute detailed specifications from high-level requirements
  • You are communicative, result oriented and keep a good business sense
  • Good project management skills
  • You are a certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical people
